Annalise Falzon BA, Dip.Env.Sc, Licensed Tourist Guide
I am Maltese and work as an Environmental Educator and Nature Walks Guide (independently and also with Nature Trust Malta). I have been actively involved for the past 15 years with local NGOs on environmental protection/activism and animal rights issues. My main voluntary work has been with Nature Trust Malta as Activities Coordinator/Conservation Officer and with CETFREE (Cetacean Freedom Alliance as Campaign Coordinator.

In 2003 I co-authored “Malta, Gozo and Comino – Off the Beaten Track”, a Nature Trust guide for countryside/coastal walks.

As an activist I took part or led several campaigns and contributed several articles on nature in various publications. I often deliver talks and conduct guided nature walks for the public and for students of all ages as well as for foreign visitors.

Studied at the University of Malta. Previous work experience includes work on board a yacht charter for diving tours around Sicilian Islands, Teaching at various levels of education, Research, Volunteer at WWF Miramare Marine Nature Reserve.
